Bio- University of Adelaide – Bachelor of Arts and Graduate Diploma of Education
- Teacher of French, Spanish and English for 10 years in variety of challenging academic environments in Vietnam and the United States.
- Australian Volunteer for almost 4 years in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
- Worked in an English and Vocational School for underprivileged children. Taught English to a group of blind masseurs in the Blind Institute of Ho Chi Minh City. Established a second campus in the Nha Be district of the city. Liaised with local authorities in seeking permission for various endeavors and foreign companies in seeking funding for the Charity’s programs and activities.
- Established a Grade 4 Community Service program at Dallas International School featuring a Donation Drive to help the Wilkinson Center Food Pantry in Old East Dallas.
- Assisted in the Dallas International School, Rite Race, fundraising event for the Dallas Scottish Rite Hospital.
Currently working towards his Texas Teaching Credentials, Uncle Jeep has always been interested in educating underserved student populations. He is interested in multicultural and bilingual education, immigration issues, as well as international affairs in relation to aid and development.
He LOVES peanut butter and has been known to eat it straight out of the jar.
